Exhibitor Shipping Information

The San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk offers an on-site FedEx Office Print & Ship Center to manage deliveries and shipping.

Please download the FedEx Office Shipping Instructions document linked below to ensure all shipping requirements are met:

SAN ANTONIO MARRIOTT RIVERWALK SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please schedule your shipments to arrive NO MORE THAN FOUR DAYS PRIOR to the event start date to avoid additional storage fees.
  • Please use the name of the recipient who will be on site to receive and sign for the packages.
  • Please do not address shipments using property employee names, unless the items are specifically for their use.

Important Notes:
• All exhibit spaces come with a six-foot table, two chairs, rear drape, and complimentary access to electrical power.
• Shipments should arrive no earlier than four days before the conference start date.
• Vendors will be charged for storing boxes that arrive sooner.
• The on-site FedEx Office Print & Ship center offers pack and ship services and packaging supplies, such as boxes, tape, etc., which are also available for purchase.
